Thank you for submitting your bidder registration. By completing this form, you agree to abide by the rules of the auction and to release Stallion Service Central of any liability connected with the auction, participating stallions and stallion owners. All bids are considered final.

We will email you to confirm receipt of your bidder's registration and to validate the email address you have provided. A Bidder ID # will be assigned to you and must be used to place all bids. Once you receive your registration confirmation and Bidder ID # by email, you may begin to place bids effective January 1st using your valid Bidder ID #.
** Note - If you do not receive your Bidder ID # within 24 hours, please notify us at info@stallionservicecentral.com so we can address the situation.

TO PLACE A BID - Click on any green "Submit A Bid" button found on the Stallion Auction Listings page.  This will give you access to the official Bid Form.  Complete the form and click on the Submit button on the form to submit your bid.  You will receive a confirmation note to confirm that your bid form was successfully submitted.  You will also receive an email confirmation that your bid has been placed within 24 hours of submitting your bid. All bid forms are time-stamped to validate time which bid was placed.  All bids receipts will be honored in the order they were received based on this time-stamp and highest bid amount.

I understand that 10% of my winning bid is due to Stallion Service Central within 48 hours of notification (or within 3 days of close of month's auction) of winning bid to secure my winning bid. I further release Stallion Service Central of any liability connected with the On-Line Auction, participating stallions and stallion owners. I understand that finalizing the breeding contract and all matters involved with the breeding is between the winning bidder and stallion owner. I also understand that all bids are final and 10% bid payments are non-refundable.
