* Auction Rules *
 

• All bidders must complete and submit the bidder's registration form prior to placing bids (bidder registration closes midnight one day prior to end of auction month).
   
• All bids must be submitted via our official Bid Submission Form which is time-stamped.
   
• All opening bids start at 50% of stallion's regular breeding fee (no discount applied) or $500 (whichever is greater). Minimum bid is indicated on each stallion's auction listing.
   
• Bids must be made in $10 increments.
   
• Bidders may bid on multiple stallions.
   
• Bidding will close at 12:00 midnight CST on last day of auction month.
   
• Winners will be notified by the 3rd day after close of auction via email or phone indicated on bidder registration form.
   
• Winners must submit 10% of their winning bid to Stallion Service Central  within 48 hours of notification (or 3 days after close of auction) via our secure PAY PAL account (or other prearranged payment method) or winning bid will be offered to next highest bidder.
   
• The 10% payment to Stallion Service Central is considered a non-refundable booking fee and will be applied toward the winning bidder's total bid.
   
• Upon payment of the 10% of the winning bid to Stallion Service Central, winner will be validated to respective stallion owner.  It will be the responsibility of each stallion owner to secure his/her breeding contract with winning bidder.  The stallion owner is also responsible for collecting the balance of the winning bid (total of winning bid less the 10% paid to Stallion Service Central) as stipulated in respective stallion owner's breeding contract.

• Winning bidder has 15 days from being notified of winning bid to secure a binding breeding contract with stallion owner.  If winning bidder fails to provide the stallion owner with a signed breeding contract and the required payment as specified within the breeding contract, the auction breeding will be null and void. The 10% booking fee will not be refunded.  In the case of multiple bidders, the next bidder will be considered the winning bidder and the breeding will be awarded to him.
   
• It is the responsibility of the bidders to secure and be familiar with the terms of the stallion's breeding contract before placing bids.
   
• THE WINNING BID APPLIES ONLY TO THE STALLION SERVICE FEE.  Other fees may be required as stipulated in each individual stallion owner's breeding contract.
   
• Stallion services offered in this auction are intended for the 2009 breeding season and can only be used with registered Paso Fino mares and as stipulated in individual stallion owner's breeding contract .
   
• Stallion Service Central acts only as a promotional agent in representing the auction stallions and assumes no liability for contractual agreements between winning bidders and stallion owners.
